The terms accepted for a workspace
These terms apply when you create an Exasum open-preview workspace under this version. By accepting them, you confirm that you can act for the organization or activity represented by that workspace. A separate written agreement signed by Exasum controls if it expressly replaces these terms.
Preview availability
The open preview has no fixed expiry, published price, paid plan, trial clock, or general service-level commitment. It is an evaluation service under active development. Features, formats, and availability may change, and either you or Exasum may end preview use. Where practical, Exasum will communicate a material service closure through the account email address.
Your workspace and authorized use
The first verified user is the workspace Owner and controls membership. You are responsible for inviting only authorized people, assigning appropriate roles, protecting credentials, and keeping account information current. You may use the preview only lawfully and may not probe, disrupt, bypass, reverse engineer, resell, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.
Data and accounting responsibility
You retain responsibility for the data you provide and must have authority to process it. Do not upload data whose legal, regulatory, confidentiality, residency, or retention requirements the preview has not been agreed to meet. Exasum can assist with calculations and evidence, but it does not replace professional accounting judgment, review, approval, source-system records, or your own backups and exports.
Preview limitations
The preview is provided for evaluation on an as-available basis. No warranty, certification, support response time, uptime target, or guarantee of uninterrupted access is offered except where a separate written agreement says otherwise. You should not rely on the preview as your sole system of record or sole control over a financial close.
Product rights and feedback
Exasum and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, and documentation. You retain rights in your workspace data. If you choose to provide feedback, Exasum may use it to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you, provided that use does not disclose your confidential workspace data.
